Program Description

Through the study of psychology, students will gain insight into why people behave as they do. The undergraduate psychology program provides students with a background in research methodology in psychology and basic concepts and theories in the discipline. Students learn how to gather information about a variety of human problems and discover how best to solve them. This applied focus is designed for students interested in careers in counseling, clinical psychology, child psychology, health psychology, behavioral medicine, industrial and organizational psychology, and other service oriented careers.
