Research Interests
My primary research interests involve the regulation of the female sexual cycle, focusing on the molecular aspects of that regulation, i.e. changes in the gonadotropin subunit mRNAs during the estrous cycle in response to ovarian steroids, GnRH, and other physiological parameters.

Additional Information
In addition to my research in the area of the regulation of the female sexual cycle, a major focus of mine has been in the area of increasing the number of minorities in the sciences and also specifically the area of minority health disparities.
